TREATMENTS AND RITUALS

CANCELLATION

If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your full service. We are located in a busy area, so make sure to factor in enough time to find a suitable park for your appointment. Please be aware if you are running more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reduce your overall service.

TIMELINESS

Everyone’s hair is different and because of this prices displayed online are a guide only and subject to change if more time or product is required. Don’t hesitate to ask us for a quote during your consultation, or prior to your appointment     

We want all of our clients to love their hair, but sometimes mistakes can happen. In the event you aren’t completely satisfied with the end result, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of your original appointment for an adjustment, free of charge. Please note this does not include change of mind.

PRICING & QUALITY

We understand you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. Our reminder messages are sent 72hrs before your appointment to give you plenty of time to contact us if things change.

We do require 48hrs notice for cancellations and reschedules to avoid cancellation fees. This gives us enough time to contact clients on our waiting list. If you cannot provide us with 48hrs notice or no show, a cancellation fee of $40 for haircuts and styling or $120 for colour services is payable before we can rebook your next appointment. If a deposit has been paid, this will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
